“Corruption acts will not be tolerated in the Directorate of Public Security”: Francisco Castro.

An expert who acted irregularly in a traffic accident will be penalized.

Rosarito Informa.-The representative of the Directorate of the Public Security in Rosarito Beach municipality, Francisco Castro said that the agency he is in charge will not tolerate corruption acts, arbitrariness or arrogance from anybody.

This was declared due to a traffic accident in Rosarito Beach downtown in the afternoon of July 18^th, where a green and white taxicab impacted itself with the car of an American tourist, native from Orange County in California.

Francisco Castro specified that the expert, José Asunción Aispuro Doiles, who was assigned to this traffic collision, distorted the facts in favor of the taxi driver, intimidating the American woman and making her sign an agreement of damage repairing, even though it was not her fault apparently. 

Francisco Castro realized about the event, as he happened to pass by in the right moment and interviewed the tourist woman; he then considered the facts and allocated the case to another expert. As a consequence of his behavior, José Asunción Aispuro Doiles was redeployed to an area where he is not going to face any citizen ever again. Besides, he will have to confront any legal affair derivated from this dishonest act.

The message pronounced by the Municipal President of Rosarito Beach, Javier Robles Aguirre, is simple: “Corruptions acts, arbitrariness or arrogance will not be tolerated from anybody; this order will be followed to the letter by all the personnel of the Directorate of the Public Security of the municipality of Rosarito Beach, the one who do not obey this commandment will have to suffer the consequences”; he declared.

“We are working very hard to recover the confidence of the citizens; our labor is to watch over the safety of national and international people to improve the peace and harmony in our city; to do so, we have implemented a telephone attention number, dialing (661) 1 11 44 42, so that, citizens may ask for support from the head of the Public Security or report any anomaly made by any dishonest officer”, pointed Francisco Castro.
